Who we are

All our dentists are highly experienced in clinical dentistry

Our qualified dentists, dental nurses and staff are here to ensure your comfort and well being.

Our team of dentists include: Dr. Marcus Aw, Dr. Julia Hong, Dr. Statios Konstantopoulos, and Dr. Jane Tillack. Our dentists are all University of Melbourne graduates, members of the Australian Dental Association, experienced in all aspects of general dentistry, and make it a priority to keep up-to-date with continuing education.

All our dental nurses are fully qualified, and are friendly and compassionate.

Above all, our focus is on prevention and education to promote oral health. We endeavour to deliver quality dental care using high quality materials and, where required, we collaborate with high standard dental laboratories locally here in Melbourne.

We put the patient first. We do not believe in “hard-selling” dentistry, we pride ourselves on being health professionals who will only advise what is required and what is best for the patient. We take pride in knowing that most of our current and new patients have discovered us through word-of-mouth. At Glenfern Dental, our patients are our best advocates and, being an independent dental clinic, we can continue to be family-oriented without compromising on quality of service.

We have many long term patients, not just locally, but also those who live well outside of Ferntree Gully, who come and see us because we strive to develop trust and rapport with our patients.

We have close ties to the community in Ferntree Gully

The staff at Glenfern Dental have close ties to the community in Ferntree Gully and the surrounding areas. We regularly participate in Kinder talks and, recently our team visited two childcare centres (Johnson & Friends in Ferntree Gully and Talaskia Community Child Care Centre in Upper Ferntree Gully) to teach kindergarten children on how to look after their teeth.
